Acceptance
By placing an order with MJG Trading Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by MJG Trading. MJG Trading reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Pricing
Unless otherwise specified, prices are listed in US Dollars. Sales tax, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are not included in the price unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is due in full upon purchase unless other arrangements have been made in writing and approved by MJG Trading. MJG Trading reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the rate of 6% per month. There will be a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
Shipping
Shipping preferences are selected at checkout. Customers can use their own account numbers or take advantage of our excellent USPS or UPS rates. Shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed upon. MJG Trading is not responsible for damage or loss of goods during shipping.
Returns
We do not offer returns. Returns will only be accepted for damaged products. Should there be a manufacturer’s defect with any of the inventory we will absolutely take it back and/or replace it. Returns must be in original condition, with all packaging and accessories. A restocking fee may apply for returned goods. Returns are subject to MJG Trading Company’s approval. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Warranties
MJG Trading Company does not offer warranties on any eyewear products. MJG Trading is not responsible for any losses, including lost profits or indirect damage, resulting from improper handling or misuse of eyewear products.

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive up to 4 messages per month. MJG Trading reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. MJG Trading and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
