Shipping FAQ
Do I have to pay duties and taxes on top of my order?
Yes — MJG Trading ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) to every international destination, so duties and taxes are not included in your order total. Your local customs authority assesses the amount on arrival, and it varies by country. We provide full commercial invoices with accurate declared values to streamline customs clearance.
How much does international shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by weight, carton size, and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over $2,500 in value. Note that even with free shipping, the customer is still responsible for import duties and taxes at customs (DDU), since these are separate from the shipping charge.
How long does delivery take to my country?
Transit times vary by region: Canada 2–3 business days, UK 4–5, Europe (EU/EEA) 4–5, UAE & Middle East 5–7, Latin America 3–5. These are express courier estimates from ship date, not order date. Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same day.
Which couriers do you use?
We use FedEx, UPS, and DHL — all international express services with door-to-door tracking. For larger, palletized shipments we also work with freight forwarders. The courier is selected based on destination and current transit reliability.
Is there a higher minimum order for international accounts?
No. The same no-minimum policy applies internationally as in the US — order one unit or one thousand.
What if my shipment is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery. The customer is responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless additional insurance was purchased for that order — insurance specifically covers loss or damage, so we recommend adding it for higher-value orders.
Are there any countries you don’t ship to?
Yes — we currently do not ship to Iran, Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine. If you’re unsure whether your country is serviceable, email info@mjgtrading.com and we’ll confirm within one business day.
