As an Optical Sales Leader, you’ll be the face of our company, forging strong connections with optical stores, boutiques, and franchises. Your passion for eyewear, coupled with your sales expertise, will drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Conduct regular sales visits to optical stores, boutiques, and franchises
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear or fashion accessories industry
- Experience selling into optical stores is a big plus
- Strong understanding/interest in of the optical retail landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
